Joe Giudice is still in the custody of ICE as his birthday approaches quickly. That being said, one insider report claims it’s a big chance his wife Teresa and their four daughters will not be visiting him when turning 47.

As fans of RHONJ know, Teresa and Joe are only born days away from one another and she will definitely be celebrating her big day on May 18!

The same cannot be said about Joe whose May 22 birthday will be spent at ICE, behind bars while awaiting a decision on his deportation case.
